Photo and Text Guidelines

We can use any JPEG or PNG image less than 8MB in size. We recommend images of 2 megapixels or greater (just about any smartphone photo will work). Please do not use any photographs, logos, images, words, phrases, characters or other intellectual property unless you own it or have permission to use it. Uploads containing political, religious, firearms or drug related content are not acceptable and usage will be denied. You must also have permission from anybody featured in your photos and from the person who took the photo, if it was not you. Uploaded photos may be stored to support your order and service experience and are automatically deleted after one year. The Hershey Company reserves the right to reject submissions at their discretion or ask for removal or replacement of any content that does not meet the guidelines or the Terms and Conditions. Be creative, romantic, funny and, above all, be sweet!
