What types of photos and messages can I use?
We can use any JPEG or PNG image less than 8MB in size. We recommend 2 megapixel or greater images (just about any smartphone photo will work). Please do not use any objectionable or trademarked words, phrases or images. You must have the permission of anybody featured in your photos to use their image and the person that took the photo, if it was not you. The Hershey Company reserves the right to remove and/or require you to replace any content that does not meet these guidelines or the Terms and Conditions. Be creative, romantic, funny and, above all, be sweet!

Shipping and Handling Charges
Our shipping and handling charges cover the expenses we incur to process, pack, and ship each carefully packed, delicious order. Orders are shipped via UPS for the 48 contiguous states and via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail for Alaska and Hawaii and discounted carrier rates are passed directly to you.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Regardless of the shipping method selected, the Sweet Personalization program requires up to 3-5 business days to process your order before shipping. Shipping typically requires 1-5 days, depending on the method chosen. Other factors may directly influence the cost and timing of shipping. These include: number of items, dimensions and weight of the package, the shipping method selected, and the recipient address.
Where can I send my order?
We are currently only shipping to the United States.
What is Cool Ship?
We want to preserve the fine quality of your HERSHEY'S products and ensure your utmost enjoyment of them. During the warm weather season, when necessary, we will be upgrading the packaging and shipping method to Cool Ship for orders AT NO COST TO YOU. If your order requires special packaging to get to you intact, we will not charge you for extra shipping costs in excess of the delivery charges that you specify during checkout. Please note that we will only be shipping Cool Ship orders on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Orders placed after 9am EST on Wednesday may not be shipped until the following Monday to minimize exposure to high temperatures while in transit to you.
